This policy covers the information ANARA collects when you browse anaraco.com or place an order on it, what each piece of it is used for, and who else sees it. In practice that is your name, address and phone number for the delivery, your email for the order confirmation, and anonymous analytics about which pages get visited. It does not cover any other site, including the ones we link to.

To take and deliver an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We also record the items ordered, the amount, and the date. This is the minimum needed to pack a parcel, hand it to a courier and answer you if something goes wrong.

WooCommerce, the shop software this site runs on, sets a cookie to remember what is in your basket between pages. Without it the basket empties every time you click. It contains no personal information.

The site also runs a page cache to load faster. It stores copies of pages, not information about you.

Orders are currently paid by bank transfer. We do not collect, see or store card numbers at any point, and no card data passes through this website. If a card payment provider is added in future, this section will be updated before it goes live.

• The courier delivering your order receives your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on servers, as any website requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

If you sign up to hear from ANARA, we use your email address only for that. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them, and unsubscribing does not affect an order in progress.

Order records are kept as long as needed to honour returns and to meet Saudi accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where a record must be kept for tax or accounting reasons, we will tell you which part cannot be deleted and why. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Material changes that affect an order in progress will be communicated directly.

The site is served over HTTPS, so everything you send — your name, address and phone number — is encrypted in transit between your browser and our server. Access to the store’s admin area is limited to named accounts, and the database sits with our hosting provider rather than on any personal machine.

Three kinds of cookie are set on this site. WooCommerce sets one to remember what is in your basket between pages — without it the basket empties on every click. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and where people leave the checkout, so we can fix what is not working. It records events such as viewing a product or starting a checkout. It does not receive your name, address or phone number, and no personal detail from an order is sent to it.
