Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to anyone who places an order on anaraco.com, and to ANARA as the seller. They cover how an order is made and accepted, what happens if something in it has sold out, when you can cancel, and how we will contact you about an order once it is placed. Reading them takes a couple of minutes and they are written to be read rather than to be scrolled past.

ANARA sells reusable press-on nails. Every set contains ten nails, five per hand, pre-arranged and labelled left and right, supplied in a reusable case. Adhesive is included: every set is supplied with liquid nail glue, adhesive tabs and a nail file, because tabs and glue give different wear times and the choice is yours.

Every set is hand-finished. Small variations between one set and another of the same design are a consequence of that, not a fault.

The shape, length, nail count, sizes and finish stated on each product page describe that product. Screen colours vary between devices, so a colour may appear slightly different from the photograph.

Wear time is stated as a range because it depends on your preparation and the adhesive you choose: 3 to 5 days with adhesive tabs, up to 14 days with nail glue. These are realistic expectations, not guarantees, and no press-on nail can promise a fixed number of days regardless of how it is applied.

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. The price charged is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is placed.

Orders are currently paid by bank transfer. After you place an order our team contacts you with the account details. An order is confirmed once payment is received; until then the items are not reserved.

Delivery is free on orders of 299 SAR and above, and 25 SAR below that, anywhere in Saudi Arabia. We do not ship outside the Kingdom at present. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Because sets are made in small batches, a design can sell out. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and either substitute it with your agreement or refund that item.

Press-on nails are a personal-care product applied to the body. This affects what can be returned; our returns page sets out exactly what can and cannot be sent back.

The text, photography and designs on this site belong to ANARA. You may not copy them for commercial use. You may not use the site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with how it runs.

We are responsible for supplying the product described, in good condition, to the address you give us. We are not responsible for a result caused by an application method that departs from our instructions, or for damage caused by removing a glued nail dry rather than soaking it first. The application guide explains the correct method.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The version of these terms in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. The sale is concluded when we accept the order and payment clears. If a design has sold out between your order and our acceptance, we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement or refund that line in full.

If you change your mind before an order has been handed to the courier, contact us and we will cancel it and refund in full. Once a parcel is with the courier the returns policy applies instead.

We will contact you about an order using the email address and phone number you give at checkout, so please check them before you submit. Order-related messages are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while an order is in progress.
