What is in this collection
13 sets in total. By shape, 10 almond, 2 oval and 1 squoval. By length, 7 medium, 4 long and 2 short. Every set contains ten nails, five per hand, pre-arranged and labelled left and right, in sizes XS, S and M. Applied in about five minutes and worn 3 to 5 days with adhesive tabs, or up to 14 days with nail glue.
Choosing press-on nails for occasions
Glitter and chrome finishes photograph brighter than they look in daylight. If you are choosing for an evening event, go one shade deeper than feels right on screen.
Fitting a set the same evening
Press-on nails for occasions are usually decided late, so the whole point is that they take five minutes. Wipe each nail with an alcohol pad, lay the set out and match every nail to a finger before opening any adhesive, then work from the little finger inward so your dominant hand stays free longest. Press each nail for thirty seconds. That is the entire process, and rushing the pressing is what makes a nail lift on the night.
Tabs or glue for one night
For a single evening, use the adhesive tabs. They hold through dinner, they peel away at the end of the night with nothing left behind, and the set goes back into its case for the next occasion. Glue is for the week-long version — a trip, a wedding you are travelling for, a run of events back to back.
Coming home
Do not pull a set off at two in the morning. Soak in warm water for ten minutes, lift from the side with the wooden stick, wipe the underside with alcohol and return the nails to the case. Five minutes of care is the difference between a set you wear four times and a set you wear once.
