Two things answer most messages faster than we can
Sizing. Size is the width of the nail bed, not the length of the nail. The size guide explains how to measure in two minutes, and it is the reason most sets have to be exchanged.
A set that lifted early. The five usual causes are listed in order of how often each one is the reason. Oil left on the nail is first by a distance, and it costs ten seconds to prevent.
If you are writing about an order
Put the order number in the field for it, and if something arrived damaged or wrong, say so and we will ask for a photograph of the case as it reached you. That photograph usually removes an entire round of messages.
