Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in Saudi Arabia on orders over 299 SAR, and a flat 25 SAR below that. The rate does not change by city or by how many sets you order — press-on nails are small and light, so a four-set order costs exactly the same to deliver as a single one. There is no weight tier to fall into and no surcharge for a remote address.

The rate is applied automatically at checkout. If your basket is close to 299 SAR, the free option appears as soon as you cross it.

Every region of Saudi Arabia. We do not ship outside the Kingdom at present. If you are ordering from elsewhere in the GCC, contact us before placing the order rather than after.

Each set travels in its own rigid clear case, ten nails held in place five per hand, so nothing shifts in transit. Cases are then packed together in an outer box. Press-on nails are small and light, which is why a multi-set order costs the same to deliver as a single one.

Orders are prepared in the order they arrive. You receive a confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a second message with tracking once it has been handed to the courier. The tracking link is the fastest way to see where your parcel is at any moment.

Check the set against your order the day it arrives, while the outer packaging is still to hand. If a nail is damaged or the wrong set has been sent, contact us with a photo of the case as it arrived and we will resolve it. Reporting on arrival is far easier to resolve than reporting after the set has been worn.

Every ANARA set comes in XS, S and M, and the size is the width of the nail, not its length. A set that is slightly too wide can be filed at the sides; a set that is too narrow cannot be made to fit. If a nail is damaged or the wrong set has been sent, message us that day with a photograph of the case as it reached you. A problem reported on arrival is resolved in one exchange; the same problem reported after the set has been worn is far harder for either of us to sort out.

We currently ship within the Kingdom only. If you are ordering from elsewhere in the GCC, contact us before you place the order rather than after — we would rather tell you honestly than take an order we cannot fulfil.
